Q. Describe a typical day at Cambrex – what does your role involve?
A. My day most often involves addressing challenges and development projects in multi-disciplinary teams, with my role being the chemical process engineering perspective. My role consists of having one foot in production and the other in my office where I spend most of my time analyzing, calculating, writing etc.
Q. Why did you decide to join Cambrex?
A. Cambrex was in the right field and geographical area for me. I knew I could have an interesting future at Cambrex, both on a personal level and in terms of developing my career.

A. Competence with enthusiasm.

A. I was entrusted with a lot of responsibility from day one, which inspires me.
Q. What is the best thing about working at Cambrex?
A. At the end of the day, you know that your work makes a difference. Producing pharmaceuticals can help many people to have longer and healthier lives.
Q. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
A. My personal goal when I started at Cambrex was to learn the industry and to become an expert in my field. I would say this is achievable in a five-year time plan.

A. Responsiveness and the ability to handle a busy workload.
Q. What are the pros of living in Karlskoga?
A. Karlskoga has beautiful and easily accessible nature for outdoor activities, such as fishing, hiking and mountain biking. It is fairly close to the capital of Sweden and other larger cities.
Q. What does a typical weekend consist of for you? What leisure activities are on offer in your region?
A. A typical weekend involves socializing with friends and family, reading, fishing and mountain biking.
