Q. Describe a typical day at Cambrex – what does your role involve?
A. In a typical day at Cambrex, I revise batch records, issue supplements, monitor the process, evaluate data, do investigations, perform equipment troubleshooting and evaluate improvements to processes.
Q. Why did you decide to join Cambrex?
A. After visiting Cambrex in Charles City, I was impressed by both the facility and the hospitality of its people. In addition, most of my experience has been in chemical plants so the role fitted well with my skills.

A. Challenging, busy and interesting.
Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
A. Working with people with a lot of knowledge. Everyone is keen to teach you and pass on what they know.

A. I would like to continue to learn about the process and products and find new ways to make improvements.

A. As well as having technical and analytical skills, you need to be a fast learner.

A. Charles City is a quiet and relaxing place to live. The hospitality of the people in the region is also a positive aspect of life here.
Q. Did you relocate to join Cambrex?
A. Yes. The move was smooth and easy once the relocation company helped and supported me in the process. I like my new home and neighbourhood.
Q. What does a typical weekend consist of for you? What leisure activities are on offer in your region?
A. At the weekend I enjoy spending time with my husband visiting new places and towns. We also try to participate in activities in our town.
