EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - Cambrex Corporation (NYSE: CBM, "Cambrex") announced that its Board of Directors declared the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share for its shareholders of record as of February 2, 2007. The dividend is payable on February 16, 2007.
