From the Mason City Airport:

• Turn West (right) onto old Highway 18.
• Cross under bridge – I-35 South to Des Moines.
• Bear right on I-35, US-18 and continue South for 2.7 miles.
• Exit ramp at sigh reading “Exit 190 US-18 East to Mason City/Charles City.
• Continue East on US-18 for 37 miles.
• Exit ramp “Exit #214 Charles City”.
• Take the first road right – Quail Avenue and continue South, then East (left) on 11th Street following signs to Cambrex Charles City, Inc.
• Cambrex Charles City’s entrance will be on the left. Check in at Administration Building.

From the Waterloo Airport:

• Travel South for ~1/2 mile on Airport Boulevard.
• Turn right on ramp at sign reading “US-218 North” and continue west for ~1/2 mile.
• Continue West on US-218 for ~1/2 mile.
• Bear to the right lane at sign reading “IA-58 South US-218 North to Hudson/Waverly”.
• Bear right on ramp at sign reading “US-218 North to Waverly”.
• Continue on US-218 North for ~41 miles.
• Towns you will go through include the edge of Waverly, Plainfield and Nashua.
• Exit US-218 Exit 229 – Charles City business district.
• At the stop sign, turn right heading north on Shadow Avenue.
• Approximately ½ mile down, the Super 8 motel will be on your left followed by a car wash. Take a left at the next street (11th Street) and head west. At the stop sign, continue heading west for approximately ½ mile. Cambrex Charles City’s entrance is on the right.

From Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport:

• Use local roads to SR-5 W. Travel ~0.8 miles.
• Take SR-5 W for 1.8 miles.
• Take the I-494 W/MN-5 West exit on left. Travel 0.5 miles.
• Merge onto I-494 W/SR-5 W. Go 4.2 miles.
• Take the “I-35W South, exit (exit number 5B)”, towards Albert Lea. Go 0.2 miles.
• Merge onto I-35W South. I-35W South becomes I-35 South. Continue on I-35 South for ~120 miles.
• Exit ramp at sign reading “Exit 190 US-18 East to Mason City/Charles City.”
• Continue on US-18 East for ~37 miles.
• Take Exit #214, Charles City.
• Take the first road right – Quail Avenue and head South, then East, following signs to Cambrex Charles City, Inc.
• Cambrex Charles City’s entrance will be on the left. Check in at the Administration Building.

From Des Moines International Airport:

• Begin on Fleur Drive towards Cowles Drive by turning right. Travel 0.5 miles.
• Turn right on E McKinley Avenue. Travel 2.5 miles.
• Turn left on US-65 North/US-69. Travel 3.9 miles.
• Take the I-235 East ramp. Travel 0.1 miles.
• Merge onto I-235 East. Travel 4.3 miles.
• I-235 East becomes I-35 North. Travel 106.9 miles.
• Exit ramp at sign reading “Exit 190 US-18 East to Mason City/Charles City” and continue on US-18 East for 38 miles.
• Take Exit #214, Charles City.
• Take the first road right – Quail Avenue and head South, then East, following signs to Cambrex Charles City, Inc.
• Cambrex Charles City’s entrance will be on the left. Check in at the Administration Building.

From Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport:

• Begin west on Wright Brothers Blvd. W towards Wright Bros Road/Wright Brothers Blvd W by turning left. Travel 0.5 miles.
• Wright Brothers Blvd W becomes Wright Brothers Blvd W/Wright Bros Rd. Travel 1.3 miles.
• Turn left to take the I-380 N/US-218 N ramp. Travel 0.3 miles.
• Merge onto I-380 N. Travel 0.4 miles.
• Stay straight to go onto US-218 N. Travel 8.5 miles.
• Take the IA-58 South/US-218 North exit towards Hudson/Waverly. Travel 0.2 miles.
• Merge onto US-218 North ramp to Waverly. Travel 0.3 miles.
• Merge onto US-218 North. Travel 42.5 miles.
• Take US-218 Exit 229 – Charles City Business District.
• At the stop sign off the exit ramp, turn right heading North on Shadow Avenue.
