Director since 1998. Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Member of the Compensation and Governance Committees.
Mr. Miller also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a global paperboard and packaging company.
Mr. Miller was a Director of Eaton Corporation, a global diversified industrial manufacturer. In addition, he served as Non-Executive Chairman of SIRVA, Inc., a provider of moving and relocation services, from 2006 to 2008 and as Chairman, President and CEO of Petroleum Partners Inc., a provider of outsourcing services to the petroleum industry from 1999 to 2003.
He is also past Director and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and he served with The Standard Oil Company as a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1980 until 1986.
